When you install our app, you grant it access to the following scopes: “write_orders,read_products,write_locations,write_shipping,read_themes,write_delivery_customizations,read_inventory,unauthenticated_read_customers,read_customers”. It is important to note that LetmePro does not store users' Shopify login credentials. Instead, we securely store a Shopify access token with the permissions necessary for the app to operate effectively. Additionally, we store settings relevant to the app's functionality.

Letme.Pro uses the following Customer data:

- Name - First name and last name fields

- Email - Email ID field

- Phone - Default and shipping phone number fields

- Address - Shipping address fields

Upon uninstallation of our apps, all store-related data, including products, locations, customers, and orders, is promptly deleted. We do not retain any other information.

Our app is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Fly.io, which handle database, routing, and server functions. Rest assured that we take data security seriously and employ commercially acceptable measures to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot provide such assurances.

We do not use cookies to track our users' activities.
